IRD Ceramics is seeking a motivated Data and Process Development Intern to support manufacturing and process improvement initiatives during the summer. This role offers hands-on experience working with production teams to improve efficiency, quality, and cost through data-driven analysis and experimentation.

Key Responsibilities
- Review, document, and update existing process information
- Complete projects focused on improving yield, reducing costs, and shortening cycle time
- Conduct process improvement and development experiments
- Coordinate and run production test trials for troubleshooting and improvement efforts
- Collaborate closely with and communicate findings to the production team
- Prepare clear reports and summaries from collected data
Required Skills
- Precise data collection & analysis
- Clear organization & presentation of results
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft products (Excel, Word, etc.)
