Developed and implemented a custom automated optical inspection system to ensure per piece quality for demand of 5M+ parts/year.
Currently delivering 5m parts per year, with plans to ramp up to 8m.
Final Results
The customer has not been able to source a comparable part for an equal or lower cost anywhere else on the planet. IRD Glass remains sole source provider for a family of these components.
